About the Role:

We have a unique opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our award winning in house recruitment team at Keltbray.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with key hiring managers to gain knowledge & understanding of each business unit
  • Actively sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Building relationships with key internal managers & business unit directors
  • Managing a PSL and maintaining good relationships with external agencies
  • Building a network of candidates within multiple sectors and maintaining a social media profile to attract the best talent to Keltbray.
  • Learning the internal processes and educating new and existing hiring managers on best practices


Ideal Candidates Attributes:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the energy, infrastructure or rail sectors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Organisational & time management skills
  • Ability to influence and consult management & candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Team player with a great work ethic
