Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available workers through creative recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Interviews: Conduct registration interviews to ensure a great fit for both candidates and clients.
  • Client Support: Assist with on-site inductions and ensure timely delivery of candidates.
  • Sales and Growth: Collaborate with your team to drive sales and business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular meetings and service reviews.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor candidate performance and ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to share insights and best practices.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Driving License: Essential for attending client meetings.
  • Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in a busy recruitment office is highly desirable.
  • Customer Service Skills: A strong background in customer service is a must.
  • Outgoing Personality: We’re looking for someone who can build strong, positive relationships with ease.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A confident, can-do attitude is essential.
  • Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the Driving sector is a plus.
  • Market Awareness: Ability to stay informed about industry trends and changes.
