About Us:
The client are a leading company in the construction and engineering sector, specialising in innovative data centre and clean room solutions. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced Planner/Senior Planner to join their dynamic team.
Job Description:
A Senior Planner with extensive experience in Primavera P6 and a background in data centres or clean rooms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring that all project timelines are met and that the project remains on track. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective planning and execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6
Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure accurate project planning and scheduling
Monitor project timelines and progress, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions
Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders
Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution
Participate in project meetings and provide expert planning insights
Adapt and respond to changes in project scope, schedule, and budget Requirements:
Proven experience as a Planner/Senior Planner with expertise in Primavera P6
Strong background in data centres or clean rooms
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work in a mix of office, site, and remote environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Work Arrangement:
The role involves a flexible work schedule, including a mix of office, site, and remote work. New hires are expected to spend time in the office initially to ensure proper onboarding. Typical arrangements may include two days in the office, one day on-site, and some remote work.
