Salary: £100 per day (DOE)
Are you committed to supporting students with special needs such as autism, ADHD, and low mental health? Do you want to help them overcome their challenges and succeed? Join our team as a SEN Youth Mentor and get involved with their educational journey
Role Responsibilities:
Offer comprehensive support to pupils, aiding their academic and emotional development.
Design and deliver intervention sessions tailored to the needs of small groups.
Provide 1:1 support to students requiring extra help to ensure their progress.
Work with teachers, parents, and staff to develop and implement effective strategies.
Address challenging behaviours and promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.Requirements:
Experience in an educational setting supporting teaching and learning, preferably within secondary schools
Knowledge of SEND needs, such as autism spectrum disorders, ADHD and moderate learning disabilities
Ability to engage and inspire pupils through tailored approaches.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
