With a growing number of service users across the organisation, this charity are continuing to extend their reach and provide essential services to those in need.
The day to day
* Handling a caseload of service users with mental health & complex needs, supporting them to achieve their goals within a psychologically informed framework.
* Utilising outcomes-focused interventions and person-centred planning to support individuals.
* Develop good working relationships with individuals in your caseload, conducting key worker meetings and providing support.
* Develop and review robust assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans.
You will have/be
* Previous experience within a similar role dealing with vulnerable individuals with complex needs.
* The ability to communicate at all levels, with an empathetic approach and able to handle sensitive situations.
* Understanding of mental health issues (knowledge or experience of working in a psychologically informed environment is preferred).
* Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity to push ahead to find the appropriate solutions in order to help others.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
