**Together is excited to announce that they are working in partnership with St Martins Housing and Change Grow Live (CGL) to provide a new service (which is part of an exciting two year pilot) to deliver specialist Drug & Alcohol Housing related support across Norfolk. This will be a dynamic service providing support to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.**

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced, innovative and driven Senior Recovery Workers. You will possess excellent communication skills, tenacity, creativity & compassion and will form part of a close-knit team, receiving excellent development opportunities and be in a role you will find both challenging and rewarding.

We are looking for highly motivated, self-starting and imaginative individuals with great leadership and collaboration skills, a can-do attitude and the motivation to change and enhance the service during this exciting period. These are key roles for the project, ensuring the service reaches a diverse range of people and delivers safe and high quality support at all times.

You will have excellent communication skills and experience of supporting a caseload of service users with complex needs, working with clinical colleagues at all levels, across departments and external agencies and stakeholders. You will have the ability to build on an already solid foundation of partnership working, using your stakeholder management skills to foster strong networks, ensuring the service is well connected to organisations and agencies providing D&A and housing support in Norfolk.

You will promote a culture of inclusion and act as a champion for service user leadership, encouraging those using the service to direct their own support and contribute to shaping the way the service is run.

You will be outcome-focused, drawing on your experience in supporting a diverse caseload, to ensure the efficient running of the service in line with Together’s ethos and policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: £25,699.42 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Please confirm that you have experience of working in mental health settings e.g., with inpatient, drug & alcohol, forensic, homeless, or dual diagnosis individuals or with individuals presenting with increased risks to self
- Please confirm that you have a minimum of 3 year’s direct experience of working (paid or voluntary) with people using services with at least one of the following support needs: substance misuse, offending history, mental health, learning disabilities, single homeless, and a clear understanding of at least two other related groups
- Are you aware that this role is based in Norwich
