The Financial Compliance Manager will oversee and proactively manage or coordinate all aspects of Global financial compliance, ensuring regulations are adhered to and all filings are accurate and completed timely. To be suitable for this role you must be fully qualified and have strong technical knowledge of financial accounting and reporting, VAT and other taxation.


Your duties will include;

  • Accountability for financial compliance of multiple global entities and associated filings
  • Preparation of financial statements for group entities
  • Oversight and responsibility for VAT and Sales tax compliance including preparation of VAT returns, working closely with stakeholders providing support and advice
  • Corporation tax returns, working closely with external advisors and be aware of current and future tax implications for the business
  • Being the go-to person for legislation and compliance changes that affect the business


This role would suit a first or second-time mover from Top Tier firm as audit and controls will be a key part of this position. You’ll be leading the annual group audit and managing the continuous improvement of financial procedures to ensure robust and effective controls are in place.
