Customer Team Member Location: 2a Eccles Road, Chapel-en-le-Frith, SK23 0EZ Pay: £12.00 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings until 10pm and weekends, to be discussed at interview. This role will also include working in our in-store bakery

  You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

  What you'll do Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience 
Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events
