As CI Manager at Refresco, you will be focused on Improving First Time Right (Target 100%), Lost Time Incident Rates (Reduction of 25% in LTAs year on year) and overall Equipment Effectiveness through data analysis and focused improvement. (increasing OEE by 1000 basis points).
What to expect as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Refresco:
You will be a leading change agent within the business unit to identify and close gaps in operational efficiency, utility usage, quality & safety from approved targets.
Embed a continuous improvement culture throughout the site, ensuring that processes are implemented and managed to improve and support the optimisation of efficiencies within all areas.
Manage projects from concept through to handover, responsible for the implementation of projects to the required time, cost, and specification standards in a safe and quality-compliant manner.
Analyse, interpret, and understand data/reports and be able to identify opportunities for improvement action.
Collaboratively support and lead multi-skilled/cross-functional teams.
Coaching & developing team members and peers.
Enable a legacy of individuals and teams capable of retaining the CI skills used in
each project/task.
Running workshops for operational staff.
About you:
To be a successful CI Manager at Refresco you will need good industry, product & equipment knowledge. Ideally, you will be from the FMCG industry, and beverages or liquid processing would be highly desirable.
You will need resilience and perseverance to drive change.
Lean Six Sigma experience.
Strong stakeholder and change management experience.
Good relationships across cross functions to enable successful delivery of complex/challenging projects.
You will need to hold people to account and lead by example.
