Job Title:  Speciality Contracts Operations Lead

Contract: 6 months

Location:  Covering the Midlands

Salary:  £35,000 per annum plus company car and an excellent benefit package

Hours:  Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (with occasional weekends, compensated with a day in lieu)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Speciality Contracts Operations Lead to join our team on a 6 month contract. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of KPIs and budgets across all hospital pharmacy branches, ensuring high operational and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and coaching to colleagues on new processes and initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and execution of business initiatives across all branches in the region.
  • Ensure full compliance with company procedures, processes, and policies.
  • Plan and manage branch visits to support colleagues in delivering KPIs.
  • Monitor and track branch and colleague progress, reporting regularly to the Speciality Contracts Business Development Manager (SCBDM).
  • Conduct operational audits and formulate action plans to improve compliance.
  • Provide dispensing support as required by the business.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience a pharmacy environment
  • Sound understanding of GPhC standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistant
  • Full UK Driving licence

Desirable:

  • Training and implementation of processes in pharmacy
  • Pharmacy management experience
  • Sound understanding of pharmacy SOPs, dispensing and operational excellence.
  • Good time management and people management skills.
