The Role:
As the Care Home Manager, you'll be:
* Maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring the wellbeing of all residents.
* Upholding the dignity, privacy, and individual choices of residents.
* Providing leadership, making decisions, and developing the staff team.
* Creating a warm and welcoming environment for both residents and staff
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Registered Manager role will have:
* Proven managerial experience in a similar healthcare setting.
* A thorough understanding of CQC standards and experience with electronic care planning.
* A Level 4/5 qualification in Health and Social Care for adults.
* A live DBS and a driving licence are advantageous.
