Role Overview:

They are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer (API) with a strong background in PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API design. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping the company’s technology landscape, driving backend development, and enhancing system performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Enhancement: Evaluate and improve backend applications to boost performance and scalability.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on PHP and JavaScript (Node.js/TypeScript).
  • Proven experience designing and managing scalable APIs.
  • Strong understanding of MySQL, NoSQL databases, and automated testing practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.


Beneficial Experience:

  • Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience building APIs from scratch and migrating services from concept to production.
