We are seeking Project Engineering Services to support project delivery of several key initiatives. This engagement is for an initial 6-month period, outside IR35, with the possibility of extension.
This project involves:  
Designing and optimising process schematics
Defining and communicating project scopes of work for multi-discipline delivery
Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
Applying optioneering and value engineering principles
Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates
Monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion
Producing and maintaining SHE and quality documentation compliant with regulatory standards
Developing and overseeing test protocols for process validation
Compiling comprehensive O&M manuals for plant operations   
Competencies Required:  
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field, or HNC equivalent
Expertise in engineering principles and practices as applied to engineering systems, with specific knowledge of the Food Sector/GMP
Ability to survey plants and obtain equipment and process information
Proficiency in CAD, Visio, and Microsoft software
Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to target dates
