Our client based near to St. Ives is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, with an earlier finish on a Friday This is a great opportunity to join an established local business who offer training and career progression.
Responsibilities
As an Internal Sales Executive you will be responsible day to day for a varied workload including:-
* Dealing with customer queries relating to products and services
* Make regular calls to new and existing clients maintain relationships and follow up leads / call plans for new business.
* Obtain orders and maximise sales opportunities
* Working to monthly sales targets.
* Update internal systems, keeping accurate client records.
* Assist with trade shows and site visits as required.
* Develop product knowledge.
Skills required
To be considered for the role of Internal Sales Executive, you will have:-
* Strong outbound telephone sales and customer service skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Superb attention to detail
* Confident, with the ability to converse at all levels.
* Own transport is required due to location
