Trakm8 is a UK based technology leader in fleet management, insurance telematics, connected car, and optimisation. Through IP owned technology, the Group uses AI data analytics collected from its installed base of telematics units to fine tune the algorithms that are used to produce its' solutions; these monitor driver behaviour, identify crash events, and monitor vehicle health to provide actionable insights to continuously improve the security and operational efficiency of both company fleets and private drivers.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join our Internal Sales team here at the Head office in Coleshill.

Main Responsibilities of the role:nDevelop new business for the company via the Phone, Email, LinkedIn, and Video call software such as Zoom and MS Teams.nEngage with new customers to understand needs and requirements and map these into the product/service on offer.nQualify new sales prospects.nBuild a steady pipeline by identifying and selling to prospects.nMaintain relationships with clients.nAchieve KPI’s; delivering revenue target, self-prospecting and follow up of inbound enquiries.nMaintain a high level of customer service in areas such as order fulfilment etc.nWork closely with other team members to achieve personal and team goals.

Requirements:nPrevious experience of working in a targeted sales environment is essential.nAmbitious, target-driven and self-motivated.nCompetent in providing accurate and timely sales forecasts.nStrong in objection handing and getting through to the decision maker.nExcellent customer service skills – both written and verbalnStrong rapport building skills.nConfident communicator, and able to build relationships at all levels.nGood attention to detail - making sure all calls are logged on company CRM and followed through.nCompetent user of Microsoft OfficenWell organised, able to multitask and prioritise.

Desirable Skills:nKnowledge of Salesforce CRM toolsnStrong interest in selling technology solutions.nExperience in solution sales.
