Role Overview:
As the Site Manager focusing on internal packages, you will play a critical role in managing the construction processes of the project’s internal elements. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards while delivering the project on time and within budget. Your leadership will be vital in achieving a seamless workflow and a high-quality finished product. This is an RC frame development and traditional build experience will not be taken into account.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all internal construction activities, ensuring work aligns with architectural and design specifications.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors specializing in internal packages, such as electrical, plumbing, drywall, and finishes.
* Schedule and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
* Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and the project manager, to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
* Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
* Review and approve work completed by subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, materials used, and any incidents.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, specifically with internal packages. (speficially RC frame schemes)
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and quality standards.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in using project management software and tools.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification, degree in Construction Management or a related field) is preferred.
