The Opportunity A leading UK law firm with a strong reputation for high-quality commercial work is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its expanding Real Estate team. The Role You will be joining a team that handles a broad range of commercial property matters for an impressive client portfolio, including developers, investors, corporate occupiers, and institutions. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, offering the chance to develop your expertise across a full spectrum of real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include: Acting on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and portfolio management for commercial property clients. Advising on property aspects of corporate transactions and investment deals. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial property documents, including leases, licences, and agreements for sale. Supporting senior team members on complex development and regeneration projects. Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, ensuring high standards of client care and service delivery. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across the firm. About You Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property law. Strong technical skills with solid experience in transactional real estate matters. A commercial mindset with the ability to provide practical, business-focused advice. Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills. A collaborative team player who also thrives when managing their own workload. Keen to contribute to business development and the growth of the real estate practice.
