Commercial Property Solicitor📍 Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days office / flexible home working)💼 Salary: DOE🕓 Full-time | PermanentThe OpportunityA well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to handle a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, with genuine career progression and flexibility through hybrid working.Key ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.Act on behalf of landlords, tenants, developers, and investors in:Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold propertyDrafting and negotiating leases, assignments, and renewalsDevelopment site purchases and plot salesSecured lending and refinancing transactionsOption agreements and overage arrangementsConduct due diligence, review titles, and draft relevant property documents.Maintain excellent client care and develop long-term relationships with clients and referrers.Collaborate closely with partners and support junior team members.About YouQualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property law.Confident managing files independently with minimal supervision.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Proactive, organised, and commercially minded.Able to work effectively within a supportive team environment and hybrid setup.What’s on OfferHybrid working: 3 days in the officeSupportive and collaborative culture with approachable partnersExcellent work-life balance and modern case management systemsReal opportunities for professional development and progressionIf you believe this is the role for you, please email me at gabriella.farebrother-dunn@simpsonjudge.co.uk with your CV, or call me on 07748 846629 for a confidential chat.
