The Role

  • Deliver Engaging Lessons: Design plan and deliver inspiring Music lessons tailored to the needs of students.
  • Develop Musical Skills: Foster students musical skills knowledge and appreciation.
  • Prepare for Success: Prepare students for success in relevant Music qualifications.
  • Foster Creativity: Encourage creativity and innovation in music performance and composition.
  • Contribute to the Department: Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment and contribute to the overall success of the Music department.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Music Teacher: With a passion for music and a proven track record of success in teaching Music.
  • Strong Subject Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in a variety of musical styles and genres.
  • Excellent Classroom Management: Effective classroom management skills to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Inspirational Leader: Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities fostering a love of music and encouraging their creativity.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Willingness to work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and create a supportive learning environment.
