Weddings and Events Sales Executive

As a Weddings and Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities in the areas of social and corporate events, including Indian/Pakistani weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, awards nights, gala dinners, Bollywood movie premieres, and charity dinners.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling telephone inquiries and proactively inviting them for face-to-face meetings with the goal of securing catering and décor/design services for their events. By demonstrating excellent customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of wedding and event arrangements, you will be expected to maximize sales, earn repeat business, and contribute to the overall expansion of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and effectively convert them into sales
  • Organize and conduct site visits and venue tours to showcase the company's offerings
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of events during setup, open hours, and breakdown
  • Maintain relationships with wedding suppliers and hotel/venue management
  • Participate in promotional activities to generate new leads
  • Fulfill administrative and ad-hoc duties as required


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar sales or customer-facing role within the events or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert inquiries into bookings
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for the weddings and events industry, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Fluency in Hindi/Urdu is preferred
