About the role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the Salesforce Development Team at CitNOW Group. This is a full-time, remote position involving some travel to our offices in the UK.
Reporting into the Head of Business Systems, the Salesforce Administrator will be a key member of the Salesforce Development team, responsible for the administration and customisation of the CitNOW Group Salesforce Org and the delivery of new and enhanced features.
The Salesforce Administrator will play a critical role in the following upcoming Salesforce projects:
- Service Cloud Voice
- Einstein AI and automation
- Customer self-service portal
- Meeting capture and transcription
- Account plans & billing revenue management
- Sales coaching and analysis
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud including Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing
- Work with stakeholders and other members of the Salesforce Development Team to scope, design, document and deliver efficient solutions
- Attend daily scrum and weekly team/project meetings
- Define, create, test and deploy customisations and process improvements to enable the successful resolution of assigned Jira issues
- Investigate and resolve help requests, including the creation of custom reports and dashboards, bug fixes and the provision of guidance
- Clean existing and pre-import data to improve data quality
- Create and update documentation including how-to guides
- Onboard new users and business units successfully and seamlessly
- Manage Salesforce releases and maintain the production environment
We are looking for:
- 2+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience in an end-user (non-agency) environment
- Demonstratable ability to configure, customise and support Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
- A strong understanding of Salesforce administration best practices, capabilities and limitations
- A passion and enthusiasm for data and processes
