As the Chef Manager, you need to be commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day

business, you'll maximise the performance of your team, leading by example and setting high standards,nYou will enhance sales and provide our customers with great service. You will need to build an excellent relationship with the client making sure their needs as well as contractual needs are met to the highest.nMore about the role

Services:

Lunch, Vending, Retail and HospitalitynLeading the onsite catering team of 4 with up to 200 customers on site.nPreparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customersnMaintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the modern kitchen and front of house environmentnEnsuring the correct use of all kitchen machinery and equipmentnComplying with Food Handling & Hygiene standardsnComplying with Health & Safety regulationsnCompleting weekly bookwork and reportsnStock taking and orderingnAbout You:

Previous contract catering experience essentialnExcellent culinary skillsnExperienced Chef Manager in a similar role/ideally contract catering producing food and adhering to recipes and menu planningnExcellent communication & leadership skills, able to engage and motive othersnExperience in managing client relationshipsnQuality and process driven with particular focus on delivering resultsnIT literate (Ms Office and emails)nBusiness management within a kitchen environmentnWe ensure you're rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:
