Grow Market Share : Position and manage four complementary brands, creating synergies and enhancing SEG's influence across education and training. Harness Digital Tools : Maximise visibility and engagement through digital channels, CRM (HubSpot), and data-driven insights. Champion Insight: Stay ahead of policy, market trends, and competitor activity, ensuring marketing decisions are informed and effective. Collaborate Across Teams : Build strong relationships with sales, operations, and product teams, while aligning with SEG-wide strategies. Inspire Talent : Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth. Deliver Results : Manage budgets, track KPIs, and present performance insights to senior leadership. What You Can Offer: Proven track record leading marketing in a multi-brand, multi-business environment, aligning marketing strategies with commercial outcomes. 5+ years' experience in a senior marketing role ideally within education, skills, training, or a related field. Expertise in digital marketing, CRM (Hubspot or similar), campaign management and analytics. Experience managing change and integrating acquired brands. Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels. Strong analytical skills and evidence of data-driven decision-making. We're Also Keen On: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. International marketing experience, particularly market expansion. Knowledge of private equity and M&A contexts. Our Benefits: Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we'd expect you to regularly be in our Bristol office, at least three days per week with some travel to London and other offices. 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays.
