As our Learning Designer you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing innovative digital learning solutions across the business, inspiring colleagues to be their best and to live the Bromford DNA. Utilising a variety of multimedia platforms, you’ll create content that engages with diverse audiences across different channels including mobile, e-learning, webinars, video etc.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll define course objectives, outline and storyboard courses, produce scripts and e-Learning content as well as develop and deliver new online learning to meet business needs.
This role is available as a 12 month fixed term contract and we will consider candidates that would like to work between 25 hours and 37.5 hours per week. You can be based form either of our offices in Wolverhampton or Tewkesbury with regular home working available.
You will need:
* Proven experience as an accomplished learning designer, ideally in a learning and development environment
* To be an effective communicator and able to write in plain language
* To be a strong relationship builder, a genuine belief in doing what’s best for your colleagues and the business alike, whilst always willing to go that ‘extra mile’
* Designing e-learning that meets the inclusive learning needs of colleagues
* ICT skills, spanning the Adobe suite, SCORM, Storyline and video
* All-round knowledge of the learning cycle and all things digital
* A relevant degree in Design, Graphics, Learning or equivalent experience - desirable
