REGISTERED MANAGER - DOMICILIARY
We are seeking an experienced level 5 qualified Registered Manager (or working towards it) for a domiciliary care role based in Surrey. The role is with a very reputable company that operates in the care sector and as a family owned and run business, they are very well respected for their levels of care and how the staff are treated. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow. They are offering:
* Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £42,000 per annum DOE

The Role:
As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the delivery of care services
* Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations
* Managing staff and resources effectively
* Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
* Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Growing the business with both local authority business and private hours
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have:
* Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5

* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* The ability to develop and implement strategic plans
