I have a great new opportunity for an experienced Architectural professional to join a growing and successful private development company as a Technical Coordinator.
You will be the only Architectural professional in this firm and we are looking for an individual that has been involved in working on housing developments either for house builders directly or through an Architecture firm.
Working on both medium and large scale Residential schemes, this is a superb opportunity to join a developing and busy team at an exciting period of growth.
The role will at times see you producing technical working drawings. You will be involved with managing projects from start to completion, coordinating with both the internal team and external consultants and contractors. Producing all technical documentation in line with the latest regulations. Experience working on live projects and familiarity with UK building regulations is a must for these positions.
Additional responsibilities for the Technical Coordinator will include:
- Driving forward all design project outcomes
- Provide specific technical expertise in design, project management and delivery
- Coordinate with teams on timelines and budgets across projects
- Attending site meetings and visits - so a driving license is highly desirable
- Ensuring everything is compliant within statutory requirements and standards
