We are looking for a dynamic Senior Paraplanner/Technical Sales Support to join the team and help drive the mission forward.

Role Overview:nAs a Senior Paraplanner/Technical Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting a financial advisor, providing high-level technical support, and ensuring our clients receive the best financial planning advice. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a thriving team and contribute to the success of our clients and company.

Key Responsibilities:nConduct comprehensive research and analysis of financial products and services.nPrepare detailed and compliant financial plans and reports for clients.nSupport financial advisors with client meetings, including attending meetings when necessary.nEnsure all recommendations meet regulatory requirements and company standards.nLiaise with clients to gather detailed financial information and address queries.nMentor and support junior paraplanners and administrative staff.nStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:nMinimum of 3 years of experience in a paraplanning role.nLevel 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent); Chartered status or working towards it is highly desirable.nStrong knowledge of financial products, tax planning, and investment strategies.nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.nProficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.nDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
