Role Overview:
As a Senior Paraplanner/Technical Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting a financial advisor, providing high-level technical support, and ensuring our clients receive the best financial planning advice. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a thriving team and contribute to the success of our clients and company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of financial products and services.
- Prepare detailed and compliant financial plans and reports for clients.
- Support financial advisors with client meetings, including attending meetings when necessary.
- Ensure all recommendations meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Liaise with clients to gather detailed financial information and address queries.
- Mentor and support junior paraplanners and administrative staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paraplanning role.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent); Chartered status or working towards it is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, tax planning, and investment strategies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
