The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children at a crucial stage in their development. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where children feel safe and valued.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and other members of the school community.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the Early Years curriculum.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and relevant educational practices.
Ensure that all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed to the highest standard.
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Early Years Education.
Proven experience in teaching the EYFS curriculum.
Strong understanding of child development and the ability to tailor learning experiences to meet individual needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
A creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a passion for inspiring young learners.
Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
A clear understanding of safeguarding practices and the ability to ensure a safe learning environment for all children.
