SOC2 Program Manager

Day Rate:

Up to £1000 Inside IR35 DOE

The Client:

A leading Insurance Firm requires a SOC2 Program Manager

Location:

Flexible but has to be UK based with the capacity to commute to Central London when required.

Duration:

6 Months Rolling Contract

The Role:

The SOC2 Program Manager will support the functions for the client with delivery of SOC2 program. This role will be an interim/consulting role supporting all segment and functional leads in delivery of the SOC2 program.

Key Requirements:

A successful SOC2 Program Manager will have the following competencies:

Large program experiencenDeep understanding of program risk managementnAnalytical and reporting capabilities, suitable for materials that will be shared/reviewed at senior leadership and board forumsnExcel capability, to mine datanGood communication, interpersonal and influencing skillsnThe ability to challenge and support constructivelynConfidentialitynResourcefulness and organizational agilitynLeadershipnProblem SolvingnDrive for resultsnExpert communications and stakeholder management

Key responsibilities:

Drive delivery of SOC2 program workstreamnPro-actively collaborate with technology and information and cyber security functional stakeholders and controls ownersnPro-actively communicate the progress to all levels of stakeholdersnManage prioritisation of activities against tight timescalesnMaintain accurate program risk registers and dependency registersnDistillation of themes and commentary on materialitynForward looking review of risks, to help identify completeness of risks/issues/dependencies – and any further management or mitigating actions that may be beneficialnAnalysis of data to develop crisp and informative management information/presentations for senior stakeholders.

Desirable:

Understanding of technology and information security controlsnUnderstanding of SOC2 compliance requirements
