In partnership with a leading client, we are seeking a Group Senior SOC2 & ISO Manager. Reporting to the VP of Operations Support, this pivotal role involves leading SOC2, ISO, and BCM certifications and audits across European sites, ensuring compliance and driving company-wide initiatives.
Responsibilities:nManage the delivery of SOC2, ISO, and BCM certifications for all relevant European sites annually.nDevelop and oversee an Information Security Management System (ISMS) adhering to standard requirements, ensuring consistent compliance across all operating countries.nProvide specialised training and ongoing support to management on SOC2, ISO, and BCM certifications to maintain company-wide ISMS compliance.nLead and organise the internal audit program to verify the functionality and efficiency of ISMS procedures.nCoordinate the management of corrective and preventative actions, monitoring the progression and completion of open action items.nEvaluate procedures and processes for ISMS compliance at both headquarters and local levels, promoting improvements and solutions.nDirect the Information Security Committee, guiding future strategies and enhancements in security practices.nFoster a positive team environment focused on achievement, development, accountability, and professionalism.nMaintain an up-to-date understanding of regulatory changes and requirements to ensure continuous certification.nProvide essential support for client-driven requests for information (RFIs) and questionnaires related to SOC2, ISO, and BCM.
