  • Reconciling supplier statements and requesting missing invoices
  • Assisting in organising monthly supplier payments run
  • Credit control by telephone and email
  • Expenses

Accounting package Sage 50 / Navision

The right Accounts Assistant will have:

  • 4+ year of work experience in Sage 200 or Sage 50
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to resolve queries professionally and a strong eye for detail
  • Experience with Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a larger team
  • Skills to update and work on the assignments in a timely manner
  • Good educational qualifications
