We are a small group of designers and thinkers who specialise in home extensions, planning applications, building regulation drawings, interior design, project management & contract administration.nWe are seeking a skilled Interior design specifier to join our team at our London office. As an Interior design Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and modifying 3D models, preparing interior detail drawings using Autodesk Autocad, Revit and Sketchup softwares, playing a crucial role in supporting our design and documentation process. Your expertise in Sketchup will be instrumental in ensuring the completion of the design proposals and renders required for interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Articad or Winner knowledge is an beneficial.

Your role will be instrumental in assisting the project manager with the following tasks:nDevelop accurate and detailed 3D models of kitchens, Bedrooms and bathrooms using sketchup, Autocad, Revit, Articad/Winner.nContribute to the development of design presentations, including renderings and visualisations, to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.nProvide support to the project team, assisting with project setup, file management, and model archiving.nCollaborate with other departments within the firm, such as marketing and business development, to support company initiatives.nUndertake performance objectives every week and effectively report back to the line manager on the progression.nCompletion of each objective of accurate interior and tender drawings and coordination of structural and building regulation documents.nEfficient record of important administrative information required for organization and data capturing for business analysis processes.nMaintain continual professional development and strong communication skills.nCollaborate with senior architects and other team members to develop design concepts and proposals.nCreate photorealistic renderings that capture the essence, mood, and atmosphere of each space.nImplement lighting, textures, and materials that breathe life into designs and evoke emotional connections.nProvide Interior Design drawing production and other project-related design deliverables.nMaintain and produce designs that comply with the relevant regulations, company procedures, and company standards to guarantee that consistency and quality of deliverables are maintained.nUnderstand drawing programs, schedules, and design checklists.

Requirements & QualificationsnBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior design (or equivalent work experience).n3 year of work experience (preferred).nProven experience in Autocad and Sketchup.nArticad / Winner knowledge (preferred).nExcellent command of the English language.
