We are a small group of designers and thinkers who specialise in home extensions, planning applications, building regulation drawings, interior design, project management & contract administration.

We are seeking a skilled Interior design specifier to join our team at our London office.

As an Interior design Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and modifying 3D models, preparing interior detail drawings using Autodesk Autocad, Revit and Sketchup softwares, playing a crucial role in supporting our design and documentation process.

Your expertise in Sketchup will be instrumental in ensuring the completion of the design proposals and renders required for interior projects.

Your role will be instrumental in assisting the project manager with the following tasks:

  • Develop accurate and detailed 3D models of kitchens, Bedrooms and bathrooms using sketchup, Autocad, Revit, Articad/Winner.
  • Provide support to the project team, assisting with project setup, file management, and model archiving.
  • Undertake performance objectives every week and effectively report back to the line manager on the progression.
  • Completion of each objective of accurate interior and tender drawings and coordination of structural and building regulation documents.
  • Efficient record of important administrative information required for organization and data capturing for business analysis processes.
  • Maintain continual professional development and strong communication skills.
  • Collaborate with senior architects and other team members to develop design concepts and proposals.
  • Provide Interior Design drawing production and other project-related design deliverables.
  • Maintain and produce designs that comply with the relevant regulations, company procedures, and company standards to guarantee that consistency and quality of deliverables are maintained.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior design (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3 year of work experience (preferred).
  • Proven experience in Autocad and Sketchup.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
