Job Description:nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Practice Lead to join our dynamic team. The Power Platform Practice Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Power Platform solutions to meet our clients' business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Platform technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:nLead a team of Power Platform developers and consultants in the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions.nWork closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Power Platform.nProvide technical expertise and guidance to the team throughout the project lifecycle.nCollaborate with other teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT professionals, to ensure successful project delivery.nStay up-to-date on the latest Power Platform features and best practices and share knowledge with the team.nMentor junior team members and provide training as needed.nParticipate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.

About You:

5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Power Platform solutions.nStrong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.nExperience leading a team of developers and consultants.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nAbility to work effectively with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
