We’re looking for someone who loves YouTube.


The perfect candidate will be adept at growing YouTube Channels and have a deep understanding of what drives the algorithm and makes audiences engage.


This is a pivotal role for us.


You will lead on the YouTube growth strategy and development for 2 - 3 leading podcasts.


Our team of killer content producers work with a select group of Podcasts to grow their YouTube channels:


• The High Performance Podcast (leading sports podcast)

• Fearne Cotton's Happy Place (leading wellness podcast)

• Parenting Hell with Josh Widdicombe & Rob Beckett (leading comedy podcast)

• Multiple leading business podcasts we can't talk about ;)


You will be responsible for:


  • Leading the YouTube Strategy for our Podcasts
  • Generating proven Episode video ideas for Podcasts
  • Creating clickable Titles for Episodes, Clips and Shorts
  • Working with the Podcast Video editors to ensure high retention
  • Working with the Thumbnail designer to ensure high CTRs
  • A/B testing thumbnails on YouTube & via paid media strategies
  • Hitting Monetisation Goals
  • Scheduling, Posting and Managing content on Channels
  • Community building and comment engagement


Critical skills:


  • Evaluating content performance on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Data analysis of episode performance
  • Making data driven recommendations to improve key metrics


The ideal candidate should:


  • Be YouTube Obsessed
  • Be data driven & analytical
  • Be highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
  • Be creative, experimental, curious and willing to learn
  • Be comfortable managing more than 1 client at once
  • Default to believing all problems are solvable
  • Be resourceful enough to find solutions using their own initiative
  • Be an effective communicator
