Are you looking for a rewarding and challenging HR role in a leading utility company? If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you as an HR Business Partner based in our London office.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with Senior Managers and Directors to lead the People Agenda and ensure alignment with our goals, budgets, and HR solutions. You will also be responsible for analysing HR data, developing a talent strategy, managing employee engagement, and collaborating with other HR functions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have HR technical skills, detailed knowledge of UK employment law, experience leading HR programs and change management, strategic mindset, and excellent customer service skills. You will also need to have a degree or CIPD qualification, and preferably some experience working in a similar organisation or with SAP and PowerBi.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £80,000 + car/allowance and a bonus of 10%, as well as a range of benefits such as generous pension plan, tenancy loan deposit scheme, tax efficient benefits, occupational health support, employee assistance program, and discounts on various products and services.
