Job Title: Order Processor
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Process customer estimates and orders for high-end residential windows, doors, and conservatories.
- Liaise with clients to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to streamline order processing procedures.
- Maintain organized records of customer transactions and communications.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow and meet company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the window and door industry is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and estimates.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and order processing software.
