Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant is advantageous, but we welcome applicants with a passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
Understanding of various special educational needs, such as PMLD, SEMH, ASC, ADHD, or challenging behaviour.
Empathy, resilience, and adaptability are vital qualities for success in this role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive connections with students and staff.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
Experience working with either children or adults with additional needs
