We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Complaints Resolver to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Technical End-to-End Complaints Resolver, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer complaints related to technical issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and has experience of handling end-to-end complaints.Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve technical complaints from customers promptly and efficiently.Collaborate with relevant teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.Ensure timely communication with customers, keeping them informed throughout the resolution process.Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.Requirements:Previous experience in complaint resolution, preferably in a technical or customer service role.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with technical terminology and troubleshooting processes.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.Relevant qualifications in customer service or related field are preferred.How to Apply:
