We’re looking for someone who has a passion for Digital Marketing and wants to broaden their overall knowledge. This newly-created role sits across the UK and USA, and together with the Digital Marketing Manager eCRM you'll be instrumental in assisting with the creation of best-in-class email communication for both markets.

This is a full time (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday), permanent role working from our Bourne End office (Buckinghamshire, SL8 5YS). We offer hybrid working to support your work-life balance, and as this role will be covering both UK and USA markets we ask for flexibility with your working hours.
- Assist in the creation of emails on our ESP platforms across the UK and US markets
- Working closely with the Ecommerce team to understand the seasonal trends and build out the email calendars
- Support other areas of the marketing team (affiliate marketing, paid social, PPC) where required on reporting, campaign analytics and other ad hoc tasks
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager eCRM to build out weekly and monthly reports to showcase the success of email marketing
- Be creative, take ideas from conception to reality working with stakeholders across the wider marketing team including copywriters, digital designers and so on
- Be comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment
- Be proactive and innovative in your approach
- Have a good understanding of analytics and how best to present back your findings (experience with Google Analytics preferred but not required)
- Proficient with Powerpoint and Excel
- You are happy working to a tight schedule, in a fast-paced environmentIt goes without saying, but you're also exceptionally organised
