Your responsibilities will include:
Manage a portfolio of US clients: managing all aspects of the tax compliance and wider relationship managementnDevelop and implement tax strategies for clients with cross-border interests between the US and UK.nReviewing US tax returns.nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive tax advice and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.nSupport Partners and Directors in providing market-leading advice to US connected clients in the UK.nAbility to delegate tasks effectively and manage workload distribution to ensure timely completion of deliverables.nProvide technical guidance and training to junior staff.nWork collaboratively with the wider tax team.
The successful candidate will
a CPA or a US Enrolled agentnexperience in US tax compliance and advisory services, in owner managed businesses, personal tax, partnerships and - corporate tax is preferred but not required in all areas.nUK tax technical knowledge is preferred but not requirednDemonstrated experience in managing and coaching staff membersnIn-depth knowledge of US and UK tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax issues.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.
