Position: SENIOR DESIGNER

Reports to: HEAD OF DESIGN

Role Profile:

WYSE London is going through a phase of growth and is looking for the best talent to join their exciting journey.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Senior Designer to join the design team. The role will focus on supporting the founder & Head of Design across all areas along with owning and growing their own product areas.


This job would suit an experienced Designer to join our exciting fast paced environment.


As Senior Designer you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering original, relevant, customer-centric products, utilising customer insights, to inspire, excite and delight our customers & planned growth for categories in line with our Brand DNA.


You will take a leading role in designing categories, working independently, alongside or in collaboration with the founder, wider design and buying teams creating exciting product from initial concept through to finished sealed garments. Working closely with the Tech team to ensure perfect fit and garment construction.

As part of your role you will be mentoring within the design team, sharing significant experience and knowledge supporting where needed.

Key responsibilities:

Contribute to the overall design and development of the collections across all departments

Follow the creative direction and requirements set out by the Founder of the brand alongside the Head Of Design

Liaise with factories and suppliers on a daily basis, ensuring smooth relationships

Research exciting relevant trends in line with our customer and brand DNA

Excellent CAD skills

Experience in detailed flat drawings.

Produce detailed tech packs for suppliers

Any duties required to support the design team in meeting their workload.

A strong team player who is able to work across multi product areas and to tight deadlines

Strong work ethic, integrity and reliability with a hands-on attitude

Broad industry and competitor awareness

Experienced knowledge of garment construction and fitting

Excellent hand drawing skills

Excellent photoshop & illustrator skills

Able to thrive & adapt in a fast-paced environment

Excellent commercial handwriting with a strong eye for colour, print, proportion and detail
