We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our award-winning team located in Stamford, Lincolnshire. As a Client Relationship Executive within our Commercial Division, your main responsibility will be to manage communication between clients, lenders and our brokers, whilst managing and maintaining an excellent client experience.

ResponsibilitiesnAct as the main point of contact between customers, suppliers, and lenders throughout the document processing and payout stagesnTo develop and nurture relationships with our customers to uphold our exceptional 5-star Trustpilot ratingnWork closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs and timescales are understood and metnEnsure that all customer documentation is processed efficiently and submitted to our lenders in a compliant manner, in line with company proceduresnCollaborate with lenders and share best practicesnKeep the company CRM system up-to-date at all timesnProfessionally handle phone and email communicationsnDelegate tasks to the Payout CoordinatorsnCompliance accountability
