Job Description:
We are seeking experienced social workers with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience. Candidates should have significant expertise in duty/assessment, child in need, child protection, pre-proceedings, and care proceedings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven performance in quality case work aligned with Cheshire West's standards and possess the ability to work openly and honestly with children, families, and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and provide support for children in need, child protection cases, pre-proceedings, and care proceedings
* Collaborate effectively with children, families, and partner agencies
* Ensure all case work meets the quality standards of Cheshire West
* Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience as a social worker
* Registered with Social Work England
* Ability to provide references
* Proven ability to deliver quality case work
* Commitment to regular office-based work, alongside hybrid working options
