Pay Rate: £40 P/H
Position: Supervising Social Worker, Mainstream Fostering Team
Are you passionate about safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children? Do you have the skills to deliver high-quality services with childrens wellbeing and safety at the heart of your approach? If so, we invite you to join our dedicated Mainstream Fostering Team as a Supervising Social Worker.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage an allocated caseload of foster carer supervision and support.
* Provide Duty cover and facilitate support groups.
* Present Skills to Foster training sessions.
* Ensure all regulatory activities are performed to high standards and within required timescales.
* Collaborate closely with partners such as the Virtual School, the Intervention Hub, therapeutic services, and Health.
Requirements:
* Ability to travel across the Borough of Cheshire West and Chester and beyond.
* Valid driving licence and access to a car.
