Wise Employment are recruiting for a Night Receptionist to join a fantastic high end resort within the Saltash area. You will be working 4 shifts week one, 3 shifts week 2 19:00 – 7:00, and will be paid a salary of £26,076.96 per annum. You will also be entitled a range of benefits including 28 days’ holiday rising to 33 after a few years of service, long service bonuses, free meals when on shift, discounted meals on days off and free parking
As a night receptionist - your day to day tasks will involve:
-          Dealing with guest arrivals ensuring they have checked in correctly and allocating a room
-          Dealing with checkouts, ensuring that everything is all fine when guests leave the resort
-          Cleaning front of house area, ensuring that it is tidied and hoovered regularly
-          Ensuring that all room service is dealt with quickly and effectively, especially when delivering food and beverages
-          Ensuring all charges are correctly entered onto the guest’s bill
-          Reporting any issues or maintenance to the relevant people
In order to be successful for this role you will need:
-          Previous administrative experience and preferably receptionist experience
-          Be able to work night shifts on the days required so a degree of flexibility is required
-          Great communication skills to be able to deal with customers in person and over the phone
