Your Responsibilities Will Be:nLiaising with the 220 onsite tenants, communicating effectively and ensuring they feel fully supported.nWork collaboratively across all teams, including security, cleaning, customer services, and more.nBuild and maintain robust 3rd party and stakeholder relationships, and champion corporate responsibility initiatives.

This Role Offers the Opportunity To:nInnovate and lead within a vibrant retail environment.nCollaborate closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders.nMake a significant impact on tenant satisfaction and centre performance.

The Right Candidate Will Be:nResults-driven with substantial shopping centre or retail experience at a senior manager level.nA proactive individual with excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.nAdaptable, flexible, and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering consistent results.nComfortable working 5 over 7 days, including occasional weekend work and bank holiday work.
