The Role

As 'Food & Beverage Assistant' you'll be on the front line, delivering on our mission

You'll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

Service with a smile should be second nature to you, and you'll be as essential to our customers as salt and pepper. Knowledge of our menu, general food and alcohol standards is a must as well as keeping our restaurant spick a span

Hotel Description

The hotel offers 7 high-tech conference rooms including the magnificent ballroom that can hold up to 425 guests. The hotel also offers 211 stylish bedrooms, a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse bar and grill on the penthouse floors which has panoramic views over Plymouth Sound to Cornwall, a modern health and leisure club with extensive facilities including a gymnasium, an indoor heated swimming pool and outside terrace.
