Learning Support Assistant/ TA - September 2024 - Hackney
Timeplan Education is recruiting an experienced learning support assistant to help support students with their learning in an SEN school in Hackney. The role would be to help support teachers and other permanent LSA'S to work with students in the classroom and outdoors. Experience in supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH is desirable but not essential. You will be working on a full-time, long-term basis.
Job Responsibilities
Comfortable supporting pupils with SEMH, and Autism and leading pre-planned lessons,
Ability to engage and support pupils' learning
Supporting pupils with emotional regulation
Develop therapeutic relationships with pupils
To promote and support the inclusion of all pupils in learning activities and maximise their achievement
Strong behaviour management

Job Requirements

Available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 12-39 weeks
